Yes. On the Unlimited plan you can add up to 3 staff using their phone numbers. When staff sends a sales message, the receipt is generated under your business profile. Staff cannot delete receipts, edit your profile, or export data — only the owner can do those things.

Yes. You can type "wetin I sell today", "garri 1500 and beans 2k transfer" or "shoe 5k debt for Tunde" — and it processes correctly. You do not need to type in perfect English.
